All of our lovely jewellery is handcrafted in Dublin, Ireland by Master Irish craftsmen. Our jewellery is also hallmarked at the Assay's Office, located in Dublin Castle. This process of hallmarking is your assurance of country of origin and quality of metal. By law, all jewellery of precious metals, manufactured in Ireland, must carry a hallmark.     Payment:

Make your payment securely, with any major credit card, using Pay-Pal. Custom made jewellery will be ordered after payment has been received and all order specifics have been confirmed, with you.  All duties and import taxes are paid on all orders shipped within the USA and Canada only!

  Shipping:

All of our jewellery, as always, includes FREE shipping, handling and insurance! After your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of payment and confirming all order specifics. When your order ships, you will be informed by an e-mail that includes all shipping information. We will only ship to Pay-Pal verified addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes .... NO EXCEPTIONS! All parcels will be shipped First Class postage. Delivery time is typically 14 - 21 working days. All parcels are insured. As all parcels are insured, a signature confirmation will be required upon delivery.

 We do have an "overnite" shipping service available and I will be happy to provide charges for this service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

     Returns:  

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction...Should you have an issue with your order or you are unhappy, in any way, we request that you contact us by e-mail at: within 24 hours after receiving your order. We will do our very best to resolve any problem you may have! Should you wish to make a return, we will issue you a return number and instructions. We offer a full refund of purchase price only, provided the item is returned within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of item. Shipping and handling charges incurred in the return process are the responsibility of the returnee. We require that you insure all returns. We cannot accept returns of 18K, platinum, or custom (engraved) items. We cannot accept returns of pierced earrings for sanitary reasons. All items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition, complete with original documentation, packing materials, labels and gift box.
